REPORT OF WORKSHOP ON FLIPPED CLASSROOM

Ahlcon International School not only believes rather works religiously towards the learning culture as well as wholesome professional development of its teachers as well as varied staff members. One such endeavour towards the same was the conduction of the workshop on “Flipped Classroom” on Saturday 30^th April 2016 by Ms. Alka Sharma and Ms. Ginni Khurana for the staff of Middle Section. Two teachers each of Primary School and Senior Section also attended the workshop. To begin with, the current status of the classrooms was shared and then a detailed insight on the topic was given, through a PowerPoint presentation, videos, real life examples and various discussions. Teachers were then asked to sit department wise and search on one topic of their subject which they can teach through “Flipped Classroom Model”. They all beautifully shared their ideas with everyone. It was a great learning experience for all the teachers. Middle Section Incharge – Ms. Dimple Puri was delighted to hear the experience of the teachers and complimented the teachers for their zealous involvement in the workshop.
