PANAROMA OF CREATIVITY’

School, Mayur Vihar enjoys an excellent profile among educational institutions.
All the facilities provided by the school to the students result in their comprehensive
and harmonious growth .To inculcate the same spirit amongst Ahlconites a very thoughtfully
designed holiday homework was given to the students for summer break. To
highlight and showcase the innovation of students’ earnest research initiatives,
the school organized an exhibition on 1st August , 2015 where
the students of class VI to VIII displayed their holiday homework. The school
Principal Mr. Ashok Pandey along with Vice- Principal Ms. Sangita Maliwal and In
Charge Middle Section , Ms. Dimple Puri, were truly overwhelmed to
witness the innovative themes and outstanding novelty of thought. The students
had made various charts, projects, PPTs and working models based on subjects
like Science, Maths, Social Sciences, and languages like English, Hindi and
German etc. This home work was intended to be the stepping stone for the young
brains and to showcase their talent through scholastic work as well as
interdisciplinary projects. Topics like ‘Healthy body leads to healthy mind’ ;‘
Positive attitude helps us to reach high altitude’ and ‘
Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile’ were given to the
students. The students were extremely enthusiastic about presenting their
homework in to the visiting parents. Their zeal and enthusiasm was palpable in
the classrooms as well as the corridor where they vigorously displayed their
creativity.
Visitors
could feel the finely grounded contemporary Indian Values in the form of
Sanskrit shlokas and Hindi poems and at the same time, they could sense the
Modern India through projects and charts based on IT. The visitors were besieged
by the remarkable creativity and resourcefulness of the students.
